    Who we are

    BookLnk is a booking and customer management platform for service businesses, operated by Founders Bridge, B6, Polygon X, Sodic West, Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt. This policy explains how we handle personal data on booklnk.app, the BookLnk dashboard and mobile apps, and the booking pages we host for businesses.

    Our two roles

    • For business owners and staff who use BookLnk, we decide how account data is used and are responsible for it.
    • For the customers who book with those businesses, we process booking data on the business's behalf and follow its instructions. Contact the business first about its customer data.

    Data we collect

    • Account data: name, email, phone number, business name and login details.
    • Business data: locations, services, prices, staff schedules, commissions and payroll entries.
    • Customer booking data: name, phone, email, appointment history, notes and form answers.
    • Payment data: amounts, status and references. Card details are entered on Kashier's systems and are not stored by BookLnk.
    • Messages: the content and delivery status of reminders and notifications we send for you.
    • Technical data: device, browser, IP address and pages visited on our website and apps.

    How we use it

    • To provide the service: bookings, reminders, payments, reports and support.
    • To secure accounts and prevent fraud and misuse.
    • To improve the product and our website, using analytics you have agreed to.
    • To contact you about your account, and about BookLnk news if you have not opted out.
    • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

    Service providers

    We share data only with providers that help us run BookLnk:

    • Amazon Web Services: Hosting and data storage
    • Kashier: Card, wallet and deposit payments
    • Cequens: SMS and WhatsApp messages
    • Brevo: Email notifications
    • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads): Website analytics and ad measurement, only with your consent
    • Microsoft Clarity: Website usage analytics, only with your consent

    We do not sell personal data.

    Cookies and analytics

    Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google tags run in a restricted, cookieless mode. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

    International transfers

    Some providers store or process data outside Egypt. When that happens we rely on the safeguards required by Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the provider's contractual commitments.

    How long we keep data

    We keep account and booking data while the business account is active, and delete or anonymise it after the account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep records for longer.

    Your rights

    You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the period the law requires. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

    Security

    Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and we review our providers' security. No system is completely secure, so tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

    Children

    BookLnk is a business tool and is not directed at children under 18.

    Changes
