BookLNK Dashboard — Terms and Conditions

    Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the BookLNK Dashboard app ("App", "Service") you agree to these Terms and any updates. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    Definitions

    "User" means any person or entity using the App. "Provider" means service providers, venues, or other third parties listed via the App.

    Service Description

    BookLNK provides booking management tools, scheduling, notifications, and related features. The App may integrate with third-party services and payment processors.

    Account, Registration & Security

    • Users must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
    • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

    Bookings, Payments & Fees

    • Bookings made through the App are subject to the Provider's policies.
    • Fees, deposits, and refunds are processed according to the payment provider and Provider policies. BookLNK is not responsible for Provider pricing decisions.
    • Users authorize charges to their chosen payment method and agree to pay applicable fees.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellation and refund policies are set by Providers and displayed at booking time.
    • BookLNK may assist in disputes but has no obligation to grant refunds beyond Provider policy.

    User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

    • Users shall not use the App for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
    • Users must comply with all applicable laws, third-party terms, and App policies.

    Intellectual Property

    • The App, its content, design, and software are the intellectual property of BookLNK or its licensors.
    • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App as intended.

    User Content & License

    Users own their content but grant BookLNK a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content to provide the Service.

    Third-Party Services & Links

    The App may contain links or integrations with third parties. BookLNK is not responsible for third-party actions or content.

    Privacy

    Use of personal data is governed by the App's Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to such collection and use.

    Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
    • BookLNK's liability for direct damages arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the User to BookLNK in the 12 months prior to the claim. BookLNK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

    Indemnification

    Users agree to indemnify and hold BookLNK harmless from claims arising out of their breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

    Termination & Suspension

    BookLNK may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any reason upon notice. Termination does not limit other remedies.

    Changes to Terms

    BookLNK may modify these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated.

    Miscellaneous

    If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BookLNK regarding the App.
